With experience across both boutique and strategy consultancies, Claire is passionate about now creating a different approach to consulting - one based on empathy, pragmatism and a relentless focus on impact.
Caro Ruttledge, Managing Director
An executive leader with 20+ years experience, Caro helps global organisations shape and achieve complex change – for growth, digital evolution, performance and innovation.
Caro has led in both line and consulting roles across a myriad of contexts (cross-sector, cross-geography), where she creates results-focussed strategies, fosters team inspiration and delivers successful roadmaps for change.
Caro is currently completing a Masters in Organisational Systems & Psychodynamics, holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and is a qualified Executive Coach. She is passionate about equal opportunity, injecting curiosity and creativity into work, and applying kindness as a superpower in the corporate world.
